"I booked 1 room in Hotel Sonnenhof on 16th February, via Hotels.com, for a stay commencing on 28th May. Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered. "Very far away from the train station. Hiking was 35 minutes to to hotel. Only one staff member worked in there. No housekeeper. Very dark building inside and outside, but the staff she was nice and friendly. The hotel doesn't have in-room dining service. Only available during breakfast time. There is no grocery store nearby by hotel. You need to buy food, water, etc advance before the hotel arrives. "

"Het hotel was netjes, ontbijt was prima. De bedden waren matig. Wij sliepen met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen op de kamer. Het bed voor de ouders was prima, de kussens stelde weinig voor. Het bed voor de kinderen was hard en klein. Uiteindelijk heeft onze dochter op de grond geslapen op de dekens. Net zo hard maar dan wel de ruimte. "
