Didn’t catch her name but the African American lady at the front desk was very helpful. Our check in time was a few hours after we arrived. My family and I were in town for a funeral which i stated to the lady. She was nice enough to let us check-in a few hours early!

Made prepaid reservations with Hotels.com for a full suite at this property. They did not have a suite and had to settle for a studio. They could not give me credit for the difference in price. Clerk was not very friendly or helpful. He said he would have to contact Hotels.com. I have not heard anything ...

Only there for a night, but our stay was lovely. Brand new hotel, very clean! Staff members were all super nice and helpful! Breakfast was quite good.Very safe area, and well lit parking. Would definitely stay again when in the area.
