Atyrau is very small and it takes no time at all to walk from one side of town to the other. The people are very friendly and at no time did I feel unable to make myself understood. The various cafes serve a good selection of food.
We were there for a Wedding, we did'nt see too much of the city but what we did see was very nice. We visited the History museum which was good. We would return and stay at the Marriott without any hesitation.
