"The place was good overall and worth the price. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. It’s a shared house where you get a private room and share the washroom with others. However, the bed sheets didn’t seem freshly washed, and we saw a cockroach in our room. Aside from that, the house was generally clean enough."

"We were unfortunate be there with road works under our windows and front door, and the building undergoing renovations at the same time. The redevelopments resulted in the aircon having to be turned off which was not fun in a hot Vienna. Our host was most apologetic, offered a discount and had provided a pedestal fan which made a bit of a difference, especially at night. "Please don't come here. Don't even think about coming here. I beg you. I'll just state the facts briefly. This place was on another site starting with A, too. There it was rated 1.7. I only stayed one night, and I fought with the front desk (over WhatsApp) for two days straight. I'm still fighting. For what? until the first day 4 pm, to get into the room; from 4 pm to 5 pm, to make sure the key worked; from 5 pm on, because the Wi-Fi didn't work, UNTIL NOW(it's been three weeks).
