"Nothing, our stay was perfect"

"Wonderful stay at this hotel ! The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The only small downside was that our room was a bit noisy at times because it was located right next to the lobby, so we could hear doors opening and closing, as well as people running around in the room above us. However, this didn’t take away from the overall experience and wasn’t really the hotel’s fault. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily come back!"

"Room was horrible. When we arrived there were 3 light bulbs that were out and the toilet seat was broken. Our friends had a large bug crawling up their wall. No elevator. I’m handicap and found it very hard to climb the stairs. You should take them off your list. "

"This property was quite disappointing. The moment we stepped into the room, we were greeted by a pungent smell of mildew and mold. It was evident that bed bugs were present, as the sheets were stained and both the linens and towels were unwashed and crumpled. There was hair and dust scattered everywhere, and the photos online didn't accurately represent the standard room—it resembled a cheap motel setup. The pool was in disrepair and obviously hadn't been used in ages. It was so neglected that no one was available at the front desk for check-in; we had to call for assistance. Strangely enough, when we inspected the room, we noticed the owner was busy powerlifting his car right outside the rooms. When we decided we couldn’t stay the night, he showed little concern for our discomfort. This place feels like a money trap with no regard for guest wellbeing. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for accommodations! We will be contesting a refund. "

"I got my room walked in, and there was a cockroach crawling on the floor plus turned on the light the wall had mold. It wasn’t really a good experience. Also let the people know about it and didn’t really get a refund. I would not recommend this place plus will never be back."

"The Hunters lodge could use repairs, you can see the sun coming through the door so the AC had a hard time keeping up. There were sugar ants in living room. Also the instant hot water shower is super confusing and all we could get was scalding hot water or ice cold water. In addition, you have to check in online ahead of time to get your PIN number for your room. Plus they charge a $70 security fee and $10 fee to use kitchen. Which I thought my unit had a kitchen but I didn’t know so I just clicked yes I want to use the kitchen. Well, that is separate from the kitchen in Hunters Lodge, and when I looked back on the description it didn’t specify if the kitchen was included or separate and we planned on using the kitchen so we paid the $10, here to find out I didn’t need to do that because my unit included it’s own kitchen and laundry. Master bed was super comfortable! That was a major plus! "
