"The checkin went smoothly and the staff was polite at the front desk. This would be the only time I saw those two individuals specifically the entire week. The room was warm and humid the entire time, I had to put the temperature at 62 to just so I wouldn't wake up drenched in sweat every night as I believe the AC/Heater in room 342 was damaged. I stopped ordering food to the hotel due to the fact that no one at the front desk would notify you when your food arrived. Mine arrived 15 minutes early and the delivery who had already left contacted me. When I attempted to talk to the young man at the front desk, he barely looked away from his phone. My order was approximately 30 or so feet away out of his line of sight, which means if the food was delivered early and someone decided to claim it, it's gone. Over the course of the week, I continuously woke up with bug bites which I'm familiar with in total, I had approximately 20 "chigger" / berry mite bites down my waist, on my legs, and ankles. I've stayed in my fair share of bad hotels but never one where I was being eaten by bugs while I slept. I did not bother to call the staff as I doubt they would even bother. I would not stay here again."

"Breakfast was a disaster no cups for coffee, overflowing trash. The ONLY two positive things I can say is that the pool was nice and staff were super friendly. They are currently replacing the carpets so expect a mess until that's completed. Ice and vending areas are messy and only ice machine working is on first floor."

"Apparently they had been rentivating, so when I got into my room, which was a double suite, the drywall was still drying the cables to the T. V were hanging out of the walls and the dressers that the TV set on were in the middle of the floor. Sheet Rockwell all over the floor I went to the front desk to ask for a new room. He said there were no more of that type, so I asked if someone could go cleanup the mess and hook up the TVS, and he said he'd had no one to do that. They had no vacuum so he gave me a broom and I had to clean the room myself. I was not compensated for anything even when I went to check out no one at the desk to help me and no one ever came to clean the room the next day, like he said. Overall the beds were clean. There was no soap in the showers no shampoo the door that adjoined the 2 suites would not stay open by itself, so I had to prop it up with a chair Yeah, without any comps I probably will never stay here again.."
