"I had a wonderful day at The Bradley. The hotel was extremely clean and well decorated. That was very kind and extremely responsive. The location was great. I would definitely stay here again."

"Friendly staff at check in. The room was clean, comfort, and thoughtfully laid out. The bed seemed new. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. "

"All confirmation emails for our rooms, we had three, stated that the pool was open until 10pm. When we checked in at 8:42pm, we were told the pool for children was only open until 9pm and 10pm for adults only. We had very upset children with us. It was unexpected and not stated in any policy we could find. Also my hotel was booked thru hotels.com and I selected to pay on the day of checkin. I was charged a week prior to our stay with no notification. Within our rooms, we were not provided sheets or pillows for the pullout couch and we’re not offered them at check-in. The hotel was full due to many events going on in the area. We were given one for five people because they were limiting them for the guests. Very unprofessional and under prepared. "

"Everything was easy to access. It was a great size room for our family and there was more than expected in our room (fridge/microwave/couch) which was great with kids! Breakfast also had a ton of options. "

"The breakfast menu was satisfactory, OJ and syrup was not refilled even though there was an hour left of breakfast. Carts were hard to move with just one elder person. The hot tub was not hot just tepid."

"Breakfast was warm and good. Check in staff was great. Pool was great temp. Was kinda weird having a hotel in the middle of a shopping strip center so a bit noisy, but absolutely doable. Check out staff wasn’t very friendly. Kurt and unhelpful. But overall a good stay. "
