"Totally okay! It's not a fancy hotel or anything but for a humble person that just wants a place to stay in Milan its absolutely doable! Even tho, its best to arrive by car! Free Parking spaces availabe on the street infront of the building. The metro station is 5 minutes away by car (parking 6€ for the whole day at the metro station). Highway exit very nearby too. Supermarket 3 minutes by Foot. Staff was nice, self checkin possible too. I'd stay there again if I ever go to Milan by car again! "

"Room was good and staff was also helpful but a smell in corridors that can be reduced with little effort. Bed sheets were not changed on 2 nd day but housekeeping was done. On the whole it was better place to spend some days. One more remarkable thing that breakfast was really so so good ."

"This property is beautifully decorated - the decorator created a space that feels luxurious & opulent without being gaudy. Our room was lovely with 2 Juliet balconies and wonderful bedding. Our only minor critiques are: 1. Parking/traffic pattern - the hotel is on the corner of a street with a median and the entrance is easily missed. If you miss the turn into the parking lot, you will need to take a big lap around the neighborhood. 2. the shower pan has cracks in it and moldy areas in the corners and some of the grout areas. The drains for both the shower and the sink were slow but ok. Regardless, the staff was helpful, the grounds were lovely, the hotel was great! We would highly recommend it ☺️"

"Dear Sir or Madam, Honestly, I come to this hotel several times because it is conveniently located near the Sesto San Giovanni Municipality. However, during my stays, I have repeatedly experienced maintenance and service issues. On a previous visit, there was a problem with the air conditioning, and another time the window would not close properly all night. During my most recent stay, the shower in the bathroom did not work at all. What made the situation more frustrating was the lack of support from the reception staff. There always seems to be only one person at reception, and they often appear stressed and unresponsive. In addition, there seems to be only one maintenance person available, and they are very difficult to find when needed. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve both the maintenance service and customer support, because the hotel’s location is very convenient and I would prefer to continue staying there in the future. "Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, a lot of choices. Would definitely recommend 5*****. The only thing that was negative was that the taxi that the reception called for us to take us to Monza train station to go to Milan actually took us nearly into Milan and charged us 45€. He said it’s easier to take the metro and that wasn’t correct. So make sure you don’t get messed around. Take the taxi to Monza and then the train. Thank you for a wonderful stay"

"The hotel seemed updated and was very clean. Our room was spacious. It was located quite a ways away from the downtown attractions, but there is a metro stop right across from the hotel. There is a restaurant on site that serves good food, but no other restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel does work with a small family restaurant that will pick you up and take you to their restaurant and then back to the hotel, and their food is exceptional! The staff was very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our stay."

"Average hotel on the outskirts of Milan, room is large and came with two small double beds, lack of plug outlets near the beds was disappointing. Gym is very old equipment, sauna ok but have to ask staff to turn it on for you. Overall value for money is ok if you are easy going and happy to travel 45 mins on public transport into central Milan everyday"

"James on reception was excellent with perfect English which helped. He explained everything slowly and calmly and directed us to our room. The room was perfectly suitable with functioning air conditioning, and soft pillows, and although the bathroom was a bit dated, it was again perfectly adequate."
