Great location for the ferrys, downtown shopping and dining. Upgrade gave us a room with microwave and fully outfitted kitchen. We had the breakfast included option which was perfect with a selection of a traditional English style breakfast, pastries and cereal. House keeping was missed on one of our 5 days but not a real issue. Daily cleaning could be better. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the parking was full so had to park at the Arena Carpark which cost $52 which i thought was quite expensive. Would be great if they had a deal with them for a standard rate.

We liked convenient location, surrounding area and proximity of downtown. Hotel is in very good condition. Room is spacious and small kitchen was supplied with dishes and cuttleries. Cleaning of the rooms and vaccuming was not done every day and some days only garbage removed. Bedsheets are replaced only ones for two weeks of stay, 14 nights.
