From check-in to check-out, customer service was superb! They knew we were from out of the country, so they got us into a room earlier than check-in, provided us with recommendations for activities and dining, and upgraded our room! The room was clean, spacious, and had wonderful views of Auckland Harbour.

My stay at the Indigo was awesome. Every person there was so friendly and helpful they made me feel right at home. The hotel is absolutely lovely!

A great hotel to stay at, from the time I arrived (which was 1:00am in the morning) the staff were friendly and helpful. The room did not disappoint, there was a desk to work at, something lacking at some hotels now days. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and new. I will definitely stay here again, and would recommend the hotel.
