Wouldn’t really recommend staying here. The noise from the partying on the street outside makes it really hard to sleep and the room itself was not very clean.

Run down and dirty
Run down and dirty. Old beds, well used pillows and mattress. Very noisy rooms if you are above the road, with continual noise all night long, we stayed two nights and wouldn't return to this hostel.

Handy location, cheap, bathrooms etc clean and tidy. Security also good. One drawback was the street noise at night. Too noisy at 3am.

Friendly service. Free breakfast in the morning. Expect to wait in line though around 2pm check in (plenty of seating to plonk down whilst wait). Very convenient stop over backpackers in the hub of the cbd. If wanting to stay for a couple of nights, it may be worth searching other hostels with sound proofing (if you want a decent sleep).

Not a bad choice!
As far as hostels in New Zealand and Australia go, this one isn’t too bad. The staff are really helpful, the WiFi is great, you get free breakfast and the location is perfect but the usual downsides apply as well. There are people in the rooms that look like they are living there, with their stuff all over the place and the hostel in general could do with a full makeover. I would stay again though!

Frustrating !!!
I was charged a second time for my room and asked for a bond and a key bond! This was very frustrating as I had to go out and take out cash from a machine ,late at night ,as I didn't have a credit card. I didn't see any mention of the required $50 room bond and $20 key bond when I booked and paid online. The reception staff refused to allow me to stay without paying again and although the room fee was low,it annoyed me to have to pay twice , and having arrived exhausted and late at night having to go out on the street to get cash.I was not allowed to use my bank card for this transaction. I want a refund for the over payment please.

Je suis resté 2 nuits à Queen Street Backpackers. Chambre bien. Cuisine un peu petite mais reste fonctionnelle. Positionnement géographique bon. Internet illimité

El estableciomiento esta en muy buenas condiciones edilicias, el skybus te deje casi en la puerta, la limpieza es muy buena tambien. excelente ubicacion. muy recomendable.

利便性はいい
立地は最高で、スカイバス乗場、フェリー乗場からも近いです。 荷物預り、朝食サービス、フロント応対も良かったです。 デポジットをキャッシュにしたら、返してくれなかったので、申し入れて、なんとか返してもらいました。すぐには返してもらえなかったです。 女性ルームのはずが、共用だったこと、水回りにあまり清潔感がないことが不満でした。 安いしフレンドリーで便利な場所ではありました。

혼자 머무르기에 충분한 저렴한 방이었습니다. 방에 침대 외에 다른 시설은 없었지만 공용 샤워장과 화장실이 여러 군데 마련되어 있어서 불편함은 없었습니다.

Prima hotel, erg centraal gelegen. Het ligt wel in de straat van een bar, dus dit is erg gehorig. Het ontbijt is een leuke bijkomst. Geen airco, maar met de ramen open te doen.

J’ai eu des soucis de retard de vol ainsi que perte de passport et l’équipe a été plus que simpa tique et aidante avec moi. Ils m’ont rassurée, mon laisse prendre une chambre quand même, mont prête leur téléphone. Bref ils ont été au top.

Bråk Bråk Bråk, med vinduene lukket eller åpnet så vil musikken fra Barene rundt høres veldig godt på rommene, og enkelte ansatte går med høytaler og musikk gjennom gangene. Anbefales ikke.
