Modern and clean. Free parking and very easy to get and out of the lot. Breakfast was very good. We weren't staying in Augsburg long but from the hotel it was a fairly easy walk to the Schaezlerpalais.

We were greeted very kindly at the entrance and we settled into our room as quickly as possible. The location of the hotel is very good. But during our one week stay, the bed linens were not changed despite my request, and this was the only thing I didn’t like.

Great location, a huge shopping centre is a 2 minute walk away. The hotel staff were all exceptional especially Fr. Salbas, she looked after us at breakfast, a very pleasant and helpful individual that made our breakfast experience very enjoyable. The only thing missing for us was that we did not have a safe in the room.
