"The staff that I met when I checked in was awesome. I was feeling super sick and he got me to my room immediately. When k checked out the next AM no issues and even though it was 11:40 i got a ride to the airport. I usually get names but didnt this time."

"Housekeeping never occurred. Our sheets were never changed, towels were the same, and trash was never taken. I don’t think housekeeping ever stepped foot in the room."
