"Quick one-night visit to Augusta. Sheraton was clean, quiet, and convenient. Lauren the bartender was exceptional!"

"This place is a total DUMP! The owner is a dishonest jerk too! Charged me over $400 and I didn’t even stay there it was so rundown."

"The tv ‘s in the rooms aren’t even smart tv’s. The generic remote has buttons like Netflix etc but there is nothing but a scrolling guide and generic channels. Went and bought a Roku stick so we could at least watch a movie at night. The pool was over run with screaming kids splashing everywhere so we never got to try it out. They also left a small flood in the elevator which even got to bottom of my pants and my shoes all wet just trying to get to my room. Front desk staff was great as was the extensive breakfast service. The curtains in the room do not come together in the middle to darken the room, thankfully I had some hair clips. I gave my Radisson number at check in but they still couldn’t put the trip on my rewards statement, I’ll be calling HQ to get my points. Very busy area so don’t stay for any peace and quiet. Loud music and people in the nearby parking lots all the time. Only one ice machine and that’s at the front desk floor 1."

"Rooms are dated. The shower head is low ever for a short peron. The room needed to be dusted under the bed. "

"Staff was very nice and helpful. AJ the manager seems very busy and scattered but generally reasonable and professional. The room itself was not bad - there were some areas like the bed pad nook by the window that didn't appear to be the cleanest but the primary beds were in good condition. The shower curtain bar needed to be tightened/repaired because it wouldn't hold up the curtain properly to cover the entire shower. We had a short stay and it did the job, so no major complaints."

"Room was very clean, the BR was also clean with enough room for all our toiletries. The shower was refreshing and the vent worked so no steamed up mirror. The breakfast had many offerings to a variety of tastes. The selection of teas was perfect, both with and without caffeine. Front desk staff were professional and attentive. The location was very near the Riverwalk and to Nort Augusta."
