"Fantastic location literally a 5 min walk into the centre of Ullapool. Great parking available. We were lucky enough to get a room with a roll top bath and Kathleen gave us a brilliant welcome and even offered us a whisky! Fab facilities and breakfast options"

"It’s an interesting and quirky place, it’s dated in decor etc so don’t get too excited if you are given a suite. Staff were trying their best and seemed new to the industry and hopefully in time they will get the service and service times to a better standard. Unfortunately the morning shower was a no go as there was no hot water, mustn’t of got up early enough!!!! Normally I would bring this up at the time but I did feel for the staff who seemed rushed off their feet at a time"
