"We had a few problems on arrival as the road to the hotel had been temporarily closed. The lady on reception was extremely helpful and helped us to negotiate a different route. Our room was a double when we had booked a twin but that was also quickly resolved and we were given a very nice room with two double beds. The facilities in the room were perfect and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. On Sunday, there was a market directly outside the hotel, which we enjoyed wandering through. It is a lovely town in a beautiful area. The staff were so kind and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The staff at the hotel is very kind, professional and helpful. We stayed for 5 nights and as I struggled with the bath they immediately changed our room with one which had a lovely Italian shower. Very clean and also very quiet. Good restaurant at excellent prices. Will definitely return when back in Lisieux."

"Accommodation very clean and well equipped, in need of some tlc paintwork very damaged ,beds very comfortable we all slept well . Food in the restaurant really good ,its a shame the bar area is open very limited times so if you wanted a drink or a coffee only available when restaurant open ,nothing else close without a good 15 to 20 min drive.Good pools but awful smell in the changing rooms ."

"The hotel is in a beautiful setting with rooms set in the gardens around the main building which dates back 500 years. The service was very good but I have two criticisms the pool umbrellas were fixed so not allowing sufficient shade. The hotel does not have its own restaurant other than for breakfast and bar type snacks for lunch / early evening. However the setting made up for everything."
