"This was a two night stopover to allow us to ride around the Cantel region and, in particular, the rim of the volcano (long since gone). The appearance of th hotel upon arrival gives little credit for how comfortable the rooms are and how pleasing the restaurant is. It is little surprise that the hotel is used by tradesmen and appears to be full all the time. Very pleased with our stay and would recommend."

"We could not get Wi-fi in our room, we requested to try another room but we were told there wasn’t one available, the receptionist advised she would contact the manager but we heard no more after that. We were also charged for using the pool and gym which frankly we declined as it was incredibly disappointing for the 10€ per person, when asked to refund the amount she took our card details and personal details on a scrap of paper and said she would refund later that day, we found this...
