"I chose this Holiday Inn Express because of the low rate on Expedia and the property’s proximity to the House of Blues where I was attending a concert. The hotel is also easy to get to via the RTA red line train from the airport to Tower City station which is a short walking distance to the hotel. The front desk staff was very courteous, efficient, and helped answer my questions about the services available such as luggage storage which they do provide. My room was more spacious than I expected, was clean when I arrived, and the bed was very comfy. I’d definitely stay here again for future visits to downtown Cleveland."

"Comfortable with nice amenities. Enjoyed the restaurants on site. Experience was very good overall. Only downsides were: temperature fluctuations (set thermostat to a comfortable temp, but room went from hot to cold all night) and rooms had motion sensor nightlights that turned on throughout the night. "
