"Beautiful location and very clean. Had a couple of complaints. There was no hand soap by the vanity area. When I showered, the Dove soap caused my face an allergic redness which is odd for my skin. Everything elae was fine."

"Pros: Hotel was clean although beginning to get run down. Check-in was quick. My husband said the breakfast was good and the coffee excellent. Cons: The pocket door for the bathroom would only close part way (Rm 218). I got stuck inside the first time using it. Luckily my husband got me out. When my husband used the toilet it clogged. Very wimpy flushing. When I called the front desk for a plunger she said she’d look for one but I’d have to come down to get since she was the only one there. No problem until she called back saying their ONLY plunger must’ve been loaned out & not returned. They don’t have maintenance on weekends, she didn’t have an on-call number & the manager was off duty. I asked if she could call the manager & she replied “she won’t come here for that but she would be in in the morning.” Also they apparently had no open rooms to move to. When I asked what we were suppose to do she said we could go buy a plunger! That’s what we ended up having to do. Also, they hotel was very noisy. We’ve stayed at this hotel before without these problems. Will never stay here again! For a company whose business is in service, our experience was unacceptable. I planned on speaking to the manager when checking out but could not find one employee & we had to get going. The dining room was very busy & apparently she was the only one doing everything. The front desk person was friendly but NOT helpful. This reflects bad on the entire chain."

"The toilet bowl was not cleaned when we arrived. It still has poop dirt on the side. The toilet rug sa not changed and there were used tissue papers on the tissue holder. They changed our room to a smaller one with no cabinet for our clothes just hanging rack to hang our clothes. Since we arrived late at night, I didn’t say anything anymore. However, the next day when I was fixing our bed, I saw dried stains on the comforter. I said something to them again. They cleaned our bed after."

"Staff was fine, except the morning person who did the breakfast; she acknowledged absolutely no one, as if she wanted no interaction AT ALL, not even a smile. The door to our room required us to forcibly push the door closed in order for it to actually close. If you just allow the spring on the door to close itself (like it’s supposed to) you will find that you door is ajar EVERY TIME, which is very disturbing. The pool stairs has a slippery scum on it that indicates that the pool has not been emptied and thoroughly cleaned in a very long time. Pretty gross. And the vanity sink in the bathroom is basically all the counter space you get. Basically a bathroom for a guy, absolutely no counter space to place anything. I had to put a towel in the sink to make myself some counter space for my face cleaner, make up etc… teeny tiny pillows for your bed, and the window sill obviously hasn’t been cleaned in a while. There was a dead bug under a small spider web in the corner of the sill - thoroughly disappointed"

"We hada question about our billing and crfedit card charges. When we asked the desk attendent in the evening upon our return she interupted us and was ruid/snotty in responses. She did not want to address the question, but wanted to tell us what she wanted us to hear, even though it did not address our question/concern."
