"Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Tub drain was broken as was the towel rack, and blow dryer didn’t work."

"Plastic bags cover hotel signs, paint cans and debris in main hallway near the elevator, carpet in the elevator torn, hallways dimly lit, room had large cracks in the ceiling and walls that were simply patched over, bathroom appeared to be OK. Overall not 8/10 or 10/10 as the reviews suggest."

"Had to move rooms due to a strong cigarette smell in the first one. The second room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice. "

"Beds and pillows were fantastic - extremely comfortable, room was clean. The noise while trying to sleep was a bit rough. It may have been an isolated thing, but people outside sounded like they were in the room with us - both hallway and street. We had a couple of young guys yelling to each other late at night, then we heard a lady scream “Shut the hell up”, presumably to those guys, which seemed to work. Other than that, it was a good experience. A little more sound proofing would go a long way. "
