"The staff were very nice. They tried to accommodate us. However we felt did not feel comfortable. We picked this location based on reviews on multiple sites. However, I am not sure if these are real reviews or there is a different standard for hotels in India. The location is a bit out of town, and the internet did not work.
Some things that really bothered us were the sheets, the pillows and the comforter were dirty and had visible stains, there were cobwebs in the room in the corner. The bed itself had stains and mold on the bed frame. Lastly the door did not have a safety lock. The condition of the hotel did not reflect was was claimed to be its age.
We ended up moving to another hotel closer to town. If you are and NRI or coming from abroad I would not recommend this hotel. "
"New property, much cleaner than expected for the location. Location is near to The Temple.
Unprofessional staff, though we had prior booking, they told us they do not have a room!!! But managed to give one at the end.
There was a birthday program in the parking area so cars has to be parked outside on the road. Due to this birthday, the restaurant's services were closed and they kept us waiting till 10 PM but did not serve us dinner even after the promise.
But overall, for this location, this hotel is much better than most of the other hotels in the town. "
"Very poor service, I was travelling with foreign colleagues, front desk person Gajanand kept on insisting to show US visa of my colleagues instead of Indian visa, passport etc, clear lack of trained staff, no in room amenities provided unless asked, air conditions doesn’t work properly & breakfast spread has limited options & was in unhygienic condition. Definitely my first & last visit to this property, doesn’t live up to a standard of 3 star hotel."
