"The service across the entire hotel was top notch (e.g. cleaning crew, front desk, bell hop, valet, etc.). The staff were the standout for this hotel. The location of the hotel is great - right in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The hotel restaurant had pretty good food and was convenient. The hotel gym had great equipment in it. The valet team was fast and super efficient. Most of the staff remembered my name throughout my entire stay, which was a very warm touch. Big thank you to Ryan, who was so helpful for my entire stay and made me laugh the whole weekend. Also, big thank you to Shane, who was the bartender for the hotel bar. My drinks were amazing! I absolutely plan to return to Ritz-Carlton Atlanta on my next trip to the city."
