"The security isn't good at all"

"Everything was really great! The staff was pleasant, and thanks to Hanes’s upgrades, we stayed in a suite instead of a standard room. As always, Hyatt had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts were tasty too 😊"

"Everything by was great but it didn’t seem like my room had ventilation and it felt quite damp with a mildew smell. The staff were amazing and I really appreciated the late checkout. "

"Upon checkin the gentleman at the front was not friendly or welcoming. Seemed robotic in his verbiage and a welcoming environment. Did not explain where elevators were and we had to look which direction to go. When going to the bar upon opening bartender did not acknowledge us or anyone waiting. The seating where the tables were there was a couple sitting there and the lights were not turned on (bar/restaraunt was already open) of which the wife had to come up and ask if they were open and bar tender said yes, but did not explain it was not like an actual restraunt where a server would come to your table that you had to order food at the bar. Very limit choices. Once we were done Jerome did not thank us or anything that had left. The lifting in the rooms is dim and not well lit. We were extremely disappointed in this hotel and not worth the money. We will not return to this hotel in the future. "

"The place was wonderful. My only dislikes were you had to pay for breakfast and for parking each day of your stay. Otherwise everything was great."

"The property is definitely nice, The rooms are great and the surroundings are secluded. This is a great hotel if you like quiet and the “almost balconies”. They really try to step up the feel of the hotel without being obviously cheap. They do allow pets, but you can’t tell. This is the second time I have stayed here, that being said, if you interact with staff beware. There were a couple of staff members that were not pleasant. For the most part the staff was pleasant and accommodating, but they open tye kitchen at 7am when most hotels open at 6am, so I wondered down a little early and one of the servers seemed annoyed by this, I asked where the coffee was and his response was,”we’ll be open in a few minutes!”. The second instance: I was checking out and went to hand my keycard to the front desk agent, she pointed to a basket and looked at me with a condescending expression and said, “the keys go there.” All of f the other staff were great! "

"Room was very comfortable, lots of pillows and couch was pretty comfy for lounging in the king suite. Staff was friendly and engaged. Breakfast is good, with fresh fruit and yogurt. Standard fare of eggs, sausages and a waffle station. Clean and well tended"
