Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I'll be completely honest, first time ever doing a review of a hotel room, as soon as we opened the door there was an ugly odor, it smelled horrible, and since we were checking in late around 6 there was no way of getting another room, we thought maybe if we leave the AC running it will smell better when we come back in the evening, well the smell was even worse, went to ask if we could be switched and was told no again, the person at the front desk went to our room with a aerosol can and as soon as he walked in the room he said yes it smells bad, he sprayed the room and he left, our clothes even smelled bad when we opened up our suitcase when we got home, dont feel good writing this review but be warned.
