Despite making advance arrangements, our expectations for a comfortable stay were egregiously unmet. Upon arrival, we were horrified to find the crib provided for our 3-month-old daughter to be in an unacceptable condition—dirty and visibly worn. Given the unsanitary state of the crib and mattress, we were unwilling to subject our infant to such conditions, which greatly disrupted our plans and sense of security of where she was going to sleep. We encountered inconveniences with the amenities in our room. The non-working refrigerator necessitated a prompt replacement, as we urgently needed a functional appliance to preserve our daughter's bottles. Additionally, the discovery of a stained pull-out couch, concealed mold, and inadequate customer service further compounded our dissatisfaction. Our concerns were shared with hotel management but we still have not heard back from anyone (more than 2 weeks).
