Totally careless hotel. Dirty carpet on the halls. It smells smoke and cigarette. There were leaks in the shower faucets. No curtains in the shower box, the bathroom floor gets flooded. There are bad bugs in the rooms. Little cockroaches gets from the back of the cabinets. Guests throw trash in the corridors and make loud noise during the night. No security on duty. The guests sweep all muffins and fruit bars early in the breakfast time and the management don’t refill them. Extremely poorly managed!! Terrible experience

Staff and price covers where not as clean as would like washed myself washer dryer would not take my card and said no quarters but on wall next to laundry mat the sign said quaters at front office and the last time I ask for new pillow cases ssid they didn't have any and i bet the other customers paid alot less then me for two nights

Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I chose the hotel due to its low cost and proximity to family I was visiting in town, but never in a million years did I think it would be this bad. Used needles in our room, dirty rooms, rude and mostly absent staff. Literally go anywhere else. This place should be shut down.

Quick stop in Austin...
When I first opened the door - the first thing I saw was two bugs, scurrying across the kitchen area. I squashed them quick, so that my wife wouldn't say anything....the beds were not very comfortable & the shower didn't look very clean. The check-in was nice. The young man was pleasant but the swipe machine for the card had issues. I had to swipe several times. I was charged extra for my dog to stay. We were on the 3rd floor & it smelled like cigarette smoke. I had asked for a floor closer to the ground - but I guess they either didn't have the availability or that's where pets go...?? Either way - not much for the lobby. There was some coffee, a soda machine & snack machine. It's no frills place.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY Easily the grossest hotel I’ve been to. A motel would have been better and that says something. When we first got there, nobody was even up front he was tucked away in a back room for 5 minutes before coming to help us and was very monotone the whole time. Walking down the hall just smelled musty. The elevator was so dingy I was terrified it was going to break. There was mold covering the ceiling in the bathroom. The entire room smelled like cigarette smoke. I didn’t even want my bare feet touching the floor. The shower itself was nasty. The windows were broken. Everything is worn and outdated. Then outside there was a bunch of sketch people hanging around, making me more uncomfortable. NEEDLESS TO SAY, My boyfriend and I didn't end up staying, luckily we were able to crash with some friends in an Air B&B. If you made it this far, ALWAYS check reviews people because I will not be making that mistake again. Spend the extra money for somewhere clean and safe.

One of the worst hotel in Research Blvd.
Very disappointing. Especially the room looks outdated and not clean. For the price, it is the worst. Not at all good customer service. They offer utensils and when you ask for them they say that they do not have them. Also, you have to request towels and toilet paper. The TV control did not work. Really was a disaster. I deserve credit for that room.

The staff member who checked me in was very nice. Outside of that I have nothing good to say about this property. It was dirty, old, run down and didn’t feel like a safe place to stay. On top of that they did not offer any kind of breakfast this morning (Sunday) and yesterday the grab n go breakfast consisted of only a granola bar. I took a ton of pics, there were hair wads behind the bathroom door, furniture that didn’t function and or was missing drawers, the sheets had stains.. it was just bad

Do not stay here.
Let me begin by stating at check-in the front desk clerk did everything he could to fix the issues I encountered. Otherwise, this was an extremely disappointing stay. The first two hours there were no lightbulbs in the room. The clerk alerted me that their shipment had not come in and he would check out of service rooms for bulbs. Next, the room key would not work and no it was not next to a cellphone. I had to keep walking to the desk to reprogram the key, sometimes three or four trips. The vent in the bathroom had a very loud rattle, the tub had some kind of residue near the drain and the sink dripped continuously. Every piece of furniture looked like they scavaged it from the side of the road. There was dried condiments stuck to the table and the only chair was disgusting and filthy. The bed was a cot frame not attached to the headboard so the bed lifted every time i got in it. There was hair everywhere and old food under the couch. I will not be staying there again.

This place checks every block on the “places I’d never stay again” list. The room we were assigned already had someone in it. It smelled bad. It seemed unsafe. I was worried my car would get broken into. The people in the lobby and outside smoking made it look like a rehab facility. As we cancelled and we’re leaving, a nice woman staying there congratulated us for “escaping”. I’m only rating this a 1 because there is is no 0.

Hotel was in poor condition. Only one vending machine in the hotel and it was broken but with no sign saying it was so. So the only place to get water was from the sink in your room or leave the hotel. The hotel appeared to be understaffed, and while the one gentleman who was working was kind, he seemed to have a lot on his plate and was forgetful. We initially had to go back down after we got to our room and there was no sleeper couch even though we had booked a room with a sleeper couch. We asked him for the next available comforter for the pullout couch and he forgot to save us one. We got back after a concert and the only available comforter we had to wait for, and it was covered in hair. It was difficult to get the room cool to sleep in as the window unit was not doing very much. Upsides were the hotel was fairly inexpensive and I did not feel unsafe where we were.

I was walking to the front desk for some necessities and over heard a couple fighting. You could hear someone chamber a gun and a man saying "oh so you're going to kill me b**ch" then sounded like he tossed her across the room. Crazy. Also, there are pitbulls being walked around with NO LEASH. Cops are in and out of this area. The breakfast is grab and go. Only consist of muffins, bars, and oatmeal. The rooms are half cleaned. Roaches crawl from out of the drains. Hallways smell like marijuana and cigarette smoke. Paint is chipping from the tubs. Furniture isn't up to par. Not worth the money for what they offer.

Convenient location to the Domain. The room left a lot to be desired, bugs in the shower, clogged toilet, vinyl flooring coming up, water pipes when someone showers in next room sound like a freight train. I would gladly pay the extra $25 for a better room elsewhere.

Avoid this place!
Very sketchy place. You would have to call on the phone to get someone to show up at the front desk. Homeless people wandered in and out of the place. Worn out/stained carpet, leaky toilet, screens missing on windows, natty looking blanket, mediocre bed. Breakfast was prepackaged muffins and cereal bars.

Descent for the price, beds were comfy, but only sheets given and limited supplies without having to go to the desk to ask for pillows or sheets. Also, elevator smells of pee.
