"The parking garage was my only complaint. The scan ticket system was not working, and I couldn't get out for 2 straight days. I had to back up the steep hill to then run back inside to validate the parking (that wasn't done when I checked in), and still didn't work. The lighting around the pay booth was dark, many interfaces. This lighting needs to be much brighter. I totally missed the call button to let someone know I was having issues getting out, thus adding to the panic to get out with others waiting behind me. The garage overall just didn't seem clean and well lit which gave me a creepy vibe about the property."
