Front desk help was cheerful and attentive. The rooms were very clean and thought was put into everything from the folding of the towels (even the kitchen towels) to the cute additions to the kleenex and toilet paper rolls.

Everything was great. Check-in was easy, room was tidy and clean. Breakfast was simple but a variety of food was available. Staff was friendly. There is a big Target and many restaurants nearby. Would recommend staying.

Comfortable, Friendly, New, Neat & Clean

Loved this property and will seek out Home2 in the future. The rooms had everything you'd need or could think of. Very clean & organized. Staff (all of them/everyone) was very friendly & helpful which often makes a simple but HUGE difference in experience (no idea why more companies don't pay attention to staff demeanor, but they should).

Pflugerville Is Pfun!

I liked the quick and easy check-in because we checked in at 2:00a.m. The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was extraordinarily good each day! Loved it! I especially enjoyed the pet-friendly policy and price!

We’ve stayed here before and it’s always a nice stay. I like that breakfast is included. It’s not the greatest food but it’s something and my kids enjoyed. I took advantage of the 24/7 coffee. We love that there’s a snack and drink shop available when you walk in. This location was conveniently located close to a target and other shops we could walk to. We took advantage of the pool table (even though the cues had no tips left), and the swimming pool for our kids. Staff is always friendly and cheapest price for what we need. We’ll be back!

Excellent stay.

Came in for a college football game. Check in was easy. Staff was amazing. Room was clean. Only issue was the floor in the shower. It gets really slippery when soap and water gets on it. Will definitely stay again. Plenty of eating options in area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't feel it was covienent to have your room cleanen when you had a pet. However the staff would provide you with what ever you needed. Poor choice in having white floors.

This is a nice property. I'm not sure if it recently underwent a remodel but it I really like the way it looks. The lobby is cozy and inviting. There was an unfortunate mishap and the room we reserved was not available. Jennifer and the entire desk staff was sincere in their apologizes and did what they could to accommodate and make us comfortable. The heater in our room was not working properly. Thank goodness for Carlos! He was so sweet and had it working in less than 30 minutes! The only real negative we had was the cleanliness. The bathroom had hair behind the toilet, in the shower, on the floor in front of the shower, and on the counter. It's as if dirty or used towels were used to "clean". I might suggest housekeeping vacuum the floors when donr cleaning to pick up hairs. There was even hair on the bed (which made me question if the sheets had been changed. Black light indicated sheets were ok) The lamp on the night table was quite dusty as well. Other than the housekeeping issues, our stay was nice and we would stay again.

Good Hotel if you smoke cigarettes.

Nice hotel except for all the smokers. Issue was with the smoking section right next to the pool. Lots of people smoking in the pool area and next to it. When I complained to management about the smoking they just told them to move to a seat next to the pool area. The smokers were all still there smoking just a foot away so why bother? I have asthma and I had my 8 year old grandson with me. He found a cigarette butt in the pool. Why they would allow smoking next to the pool is very strange to me. I understand they are accommodating their smokers, but it’s at the expense of their non-smoking guests. Very bad for children to breathe in second hand smoke. I would not recommend this Hotel if smoking bothers you or if you have children and want them to use the pool. I switched to the Hyatt and made sure there was no smoking allowed in or near their pool. Texas is a smoking state so my advice is to call and find out where they allow smoking on their property first before booking.
