"Our stay at the Fairmont Austin was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was truly top-tier. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and has an upscale atmosphere, but what really stood out was the level of service. The attention to detail and hospitality made the entire experience feel special. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. If you’re looking for a luxury hotel in Austin with exceptional service, I highly recommend the Fairmont Austin. Five stars all around!"

"Nice hotel but room was tough due to positioning of the bed. Have to crawl over your partner to get out of bed. Rooms are the size of a small cruise ship cabin. Otherwise a nice hotel near a lot of the good spots in Austin. I’d give it 4.5 stars all totaled."
