This place is a gem! Wonderful hosts and food, charming lodging space, and a close walk to some really cool shopping. This is in a residential area just off South Congress. Our stay has been a great experience.

This is by far a little slice of heaven located right in the middle of everything but feels like a secluded getaway. Shakti was an excellent host and an amazing chef who brought us breakfast on our garden patio every morning which was a highlight to each day. The attention to detail was superb and the thoughtfulness that went into our stay by our hosts was something you wont see very often anymore and was greatly appreciated.

A little piece of paradise right in the middle of town. Stayed here for a short mother daughter get away and this place is a gem. The Garden Cottage is charming and the grounds are beautiful. And we were served a delicious breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!

What a gem! The property offers a true Austin experience. Exceptional eco friendly, eclectic, artsy design in the best SoCo location. Owners are a delight, the veggie breakfast delicious. Be sure to touch base with the property regarding room options before booking to get the one best suited to you. We loved our stay.

Very Austin
A bit quirky, which is perfect for Austin. Delicious breakfasts delivered to the room and you can eat outdoors or inside. Super close to South Congress - we didn't have a car and were able to walk or uber everywhere very easily.

Cozy guest house
Clean and cozy, it felt like we were staying in the home of a friend. Shakti goes above and beyond with an eye to detail and delicious home made breakfasts served to us in our room. Perfect location, close to great shopping, restaurants and live music. We give it a 10!

The perfect romantic retreat
Absolutely incredible stay! The property is gorgeous, and feels like an oasis, but a 3 minute walk to South Congress street and dozens of great restaurants, bars, and shops. Perfect for a romantic getaway.

The Park Lane Guest House is an eco-oasis. The property is maintained and looked after with love and care by the owners. I cannot recommend it enough. It is perfect for anyone wanting to escape for a quiet night or two and relax into the all encompassing surroundings of relaxation and clean living!

A True Austin Gem!
This is a real Austin gem! The room, the garden, the pool, the attentiveness of our host, the breakfast, were all excellent!!! What a delightfully peaceful and refreshing environment! And, the location was perfect; just a short walk to the vibrant South Congress district or a short Lyft/Uber ride (or longer walk) across the bridge over Ladybird Lake to downtown. Perfect place to get some time away and celebrate our anniversary!

What a wonderful place—a cottage in a garden in Austin’s hippest neighborhood! We enjoyed the large space, the outdoor deck (where we watched the pink super moon) and especially the delicious breakfasts. Shakti was a gracious host and a great cook!

The place offers a retreat that large hotels just can not replicate...somewhere to sit and contemplate if needed, yet close enough to all the fun if that’s not what you want, and a delicious organic breakfast to top it off!

Very cozy and quiet. Excellent veggie breakfast made with eggs from chickens on site. Lovely grounds. East off-street parking. Walking distance to South Congress Avenue.

Great folks who have put a lot of work into making their place awesome. The breakfast was amazing and the coffee was tops. Wonderful old Austin neighborhood very much like the area I lived while at UT.

Super friendly staff and a cozy home like atmosphere. Great getaway for a romantic weekend all with walking distance to South Congress shopping and dining. Definitely be back to experience this in the warmer months.

One of the best places I’ve stayed when visiting Austin. It was perfect for me andca friend. The property is cozy, private, and very relaxing. The outdoor shower is a plus! We enjoyed this place very much and look forward to our next time!

Quaint, comfortable, uniquely Austin
The Vicky House is the smallest of the properties here, and smaller than I imagined. The very comfortable king sized bed was up in a loft. The appointments were charming and comfortable. The owner was gracious and brought us a wonderful breakfast. We had everything we needed. We were in town for a medical appointment, but I did have some business to attend to. WiFi was fast, but no desk to work at (sat on couch). This venue is best for a couple's getaway. It is unique. It rained during our stay, but in warmer sunny weather there is a nice outdoor pool area. There is a porch for outside sitting.

Amazing hotel
We stayed here for 5 days. Such an incredible oasis right in the middle of town. Cottages are beautiful and the pool area is great. Would love to stay here again
