I stayed here twice. The first time everything was okay. The second time, both rooms I got (room change due to issue, see below) weren't well cleaned. There were hair and other signs from previous guests. I wiped everything down with my own disinfectant wipes and called it a day, but the first room triggered more and more allergy symptoms. I was travelling under special circumstances and couldn't just leave, but on the last night it got so bad, that I checked whether there is mold or something under the sink. I found a big cockroach instead. I wondered if that's also why the whole room was filled with a burnt smell when I once - and never again - turned on the heat. Maybe another cockroach died in there? After finding the cockroach and not being able to sleep due to allergy symptoms I got another room and that one was extremely loud (road), impossible to sleep without the white noise machine. But with the machine and pure exhaustion it worked.
I got the room change and a late-late-check out - upon my request - for free, no other discount. The employee who helped me with the room change and more (on my last night) was genuinely friendly and helpful. Thank you! The shuttle bus driver is also a friendly presence and I appreciated 24/7 hot tea and coffee station.
