"What a mess this hotel is got there couldn’t find my booking for around half and hr standing waiting after having a 4.1/2 hr drive to it . Wanted 20 pound to check in before time just to change as was going to a funeral . Eventually found the booking but no breakfast said the chief was not there ? Well I booked room and food . So no breakfast ! Both days I stayed also shower only had cold water no hot and the most noisiest shower ever like a kango drill . Also no hot water in main taps only cold...
