"The hotel and room were beautiful, and the view was absolutely amazing. However, the location is quite far from the city, and there aren't many stores or amenities nearby. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our reservation after just one night due to this inconvenience. Despite not using the facilities for the remaining days, the hotel has not issued a refund. I hope they reconsider and process the refund for the unused nights."

"The staff was very friendly. Shoutout to Rosy and David, you guys were great people.
The property was very clean and had everything that is on the description. So nothing to complain on that.
The only thing that maybe can be improved is that the doors from the bathroom and the entrance were hard to close. Also a last suggestion is that you can put noise absorbing panels on the walls because we can hear everything from the others apartments.

"This was our second time visiting this property. We returned because the first time we had an excellent experience and this time it was just as a good or better. We did get an upgrade to the presidential suite, which was a wonderful surprise and made our stay extra special. The staff is awesome! Very friendly and always offering to help make our stay the best possible. If we return to visit Puebla, this will be my choice for our stay.
