"We were made to feel at home right away by an extremely friendly hotel staff. The hotel is well situated: close to shoping mall ,royal palace and Medina. Room was exactly like a normal 4 star hotel in France or Italy. Breakfast was excellent & reasonably priced with variety of western & local food available in buffet style layout + eggs & pancake cooked according to guests' tastes...Pool for kids and one for adults adjacent ( not huge but enough to have a good swim)In short; had good time, staff very friendly & hotel well situated in city. Would recommend a room facing boulevard or pool."
"Amazing hotel great service, I was able to check in early. Room was clean, swimming pool was great and refreshing during the summer heat. Walkable to the train station. A bit noisy by the street windows weren’t sealed. But I would recommend and will book again when visiting Fes. Thanks"
"Upon checkin they couldn’t find our booking and told us we didn’t have one. They gave us a room and then tried to charge us for it the next day. Thankfully I had the receipt for my purchase and was able to show this and eventually had the charges withdrawn after they were insistent that I had to pay again. Additionally there was constant noise of furniture moving above us the whole time. "
