The hotel is located in the center of the town, walking distractions to main attraction and restaurants, right now there is a lot of construction so it was a bit annoying. The hotel look renovated but the rooms were very plain and average, but clean.

best hotel in the town center
so far the best hotel we stayed. right in the center. staff was very nice and helped us with what we needed. it's located about 15 minutes walk from train station. breakfast was very very good and tasty. will come back here again😃

Great place to stay for very reasonable price. For a one night stopover the Aveiro Palace was our choice. The hotel is well situated in the heart of town and paid parking is easily attainable. The staff are friendly and efficient and the breakfast was great.

Nice location, VERY small room.
I was here first time for a whole week, needed to study and work, however despite paying almost double than I paid in a previous hotel, I was given a very tiny room where I could barely move. Disappointed also that breakfast was not included.
Need to move my suitcase to open/close door. Sitting on desk challenging due to bed’s proximity.

Rooms are like a maze. Widow in room so small, Shower slippery. Bathroom smelled like pipi. Elevator wooooo. Door opens and now you have to open a second door as a refrigerator which your mind is not aware. I had problem opening it. Location is excellent. Too bad they do not put attention to small things.

The revised Aveiro Palace has the charm and class of other top hotels like the Melia. It has attentive staff, bright and clean rooms and lots of space. I had a junior suite and was pleasently surprised with the luxury and comfort. The other areas are classy and spacious and have a great vibe.

Beautiful Hotel and Great Service
The hotel is beautiful and room is big and clean. The staff are all very friendly and attend to all of our needs. Was there for Valentine’s Day and the dinner was fabulous, coupled with a nice surprise gift in the room.

O hotel é muito bom, com ótima localização. Só tem um elevador pequeno. Precisa pegar condução da estação até o hotel. Os funcionários são muito cordiais! O café é bom (melhor que um café continental, que tem porções prontas em saquinhos). O quatro é bem limpo, com o aquecedor funcionando muito bem (fomos no inverno). Sentimos falta de tomadas para carregar os dispositivos eletrônicos.

Decepcionante, reservamos por la aplicación de hoteles.com. Y nos adjudicaron una habitación que cualquier hostal de los muchos que hay en la ciudad supera totalmente. Vistas a un patio, la habitación pequeñísima apenas tiene 9 m cuadrados, y el baño lo justo para poder entrar una persona. No tiene ningún parecido con la que aparece en las imágenes de la aplicación. La limpieza correcta, al igual que el desayuno y unas vistas desde una preciosa sala de estar que hay en la primera planta. Teniendo esto en cuenta, con la amplia oferta que hay en Aveiro y a pesar que la ubicación es perfecta y el edificio espectacular no creo que repita.

Excelente ubicación, servicio y limpieza. Sólo le sugeriría colocar un gancho en el baño para colgar la ropa que te vas a poner, lo cual es un pequeño detalle que no altera la calidad del hotel.
