Nice stay in Aveiro and excellent communication before and during. Apartment is in waking distance to everything. A few minor details in the apartment but was fixed immediately. The apartment is spacious has everything you need.

Property was a great location. Ask for a room facing the canal. Everything walkable in Aviero
 Communication was excellent. When asked about laundry facility, I received an immediate response
Tok’A Lavar Launderia was amazing. When we arrive, the machines were full. The owner suggested for us to leave our laundry, and she would clean it
 At no charge! Love the Portuguese people!

TrĂšs bien

TrĂšs jolie appartement avec toutes les commoditĂ©s. Centre de Aveiro Ă  2 mn Ă  pied. Vue sur le canal, trĂšs agrĂ©able. Calme, sauf peut ĂȘtre le week end avec le bar en bas. (la chambre donne de l'autre cĂŽtĂ©, donc, toujours au calme) Seul bĂ©mol, le confort du canapĂ© lit, impossible pour deux adultes d'y dormir. L'appartement est bien pour deux adultes et un enfant Ă  la rigueur, mais, certainement pas 4 adultes... Nous avons eu quelques difficultĂ©s pour obtenir le code de la porte, ils devraient donner les informations avant, pas le jour mĂȘme.

Apesar de ter consciĂȘncia que a responsabilidade nĂŁo Ă© da Vossa Empresa, foi bastante difĂ­cil arranjar estacionamento na zona. A imagem publicitada dos apartamentos em Aveiro remete-nos para uma zona logo em frente Ă  Ria. No entanto, ficĂĄmos numa zona menos central e com maus acessos. Em relação Ă  limpeza, poderia ser melhor, tanto a nĂ­vel do chĂŁo (tinha alguma areia), da louça e dos eletrodomĂ©sticos. De um modo geral, o apartamento era agradĂĄvel, quer a nĂ­vel de condiçÔes, quer a nĂ­vel de conforto.

El apartamento estĂĄ muy bien situado y tiene un parking pĂșblico a dos minutos andando. La limpieza no estaba mal pero podrĂ­a ser mejorable. Lo peor ha sido los colchones, sobre todo el del sofĂĄ cama que era muy fino y se marcaba todo el somier al dormir

Location location and plenty of space!!!!

Loved the location of the apartment. So comfortable and easy to find. Bed, kitchen and living space was perfect. My only concern was that there as no instruction book on how to operate the stove, faucets etc
