Insufficient hanging rack in the washroom. Inconvient for changing clothes and shower,Basically, tge washing room design needs to be improved. Not user friendly.

The room was sunny and clean, all white, with a nice kitchenette on one wall. Location is great for walking to restaurants, canal, shopping, etc. One issue is proximity to church which rang bells every 15 min all day (about 8AM to 10PM). Biggest problem was communication with host. Email instruction was to announce arrival and I would be met at door. I contacted by what's app from station and again at door. Messages read but no response after 1/2 hr. Called and told I should have known to use lockbox to get key! I asked about where to find supermarket and laundromat. Told to order food online and that someone would help with laundry on Monday (it was thurs). In the end, all was well, found groceries on google map and a lovely staff person took and returned my laundry next week for 10 euro. Night before I left, I messaged asking instructions about departure and key. Never got any answer at all. I left the key in the room. In short, the place was great for my needs and all worked out but the communication with the host was nothing like I have experienced elsewhere in Portugal -- and this was not at all a matter of language.

Un bel hébergement dans un endroit charmant. Nous avons eu un peu de difficulté pour récupérer la clé en arrivant mais rapidement quelqu’un est venu nous aider. La communication a été facile. Nous avons trouvé du stationnement dans les rues avoisinantes avec parcomètre. Facile à gérer avec l’application. À pieds il y a beaucoup de rues charmantes avec de nombreuses boutiques et restaurants.

El apartamento en sí es una maravilla. Algo descuidado por rayones al ser todo blanco. Lo mejor es la ubicación, mejor ubicación imposible. La zona es top. Hay cosas que se deberían mejorar como utensilios para barrer o limpiar, un armario decente o sitios donde poder colgar las toallas. Una lavadora también podría mejorar.
