Room is clean and the property is very family friendly. Fridge was not working but it was replaced as soon as we reported it. However, zipline and game room is closed for maintanence for our whole stay. It is a bit annoying. Food is great. it is great for the value.

Amazing went for my honey moon we loved it! Food and drinks are great beach is perfect lots of seating we had a swim up suite the rooms are huge!

I would rate this travel 4.5. Not because of the hotel, but just my personal preferences. We statyed in the adult Coral section which was great. We had a junior suite and the lay out of the room was great. it has a beach vibe which is cool, but not my preference. I would have prefered more refinement in the room. (-.5) From bath room to bed, sitting are and the jacuzzi on the balcony. The views are great . I would highly suggest getting up to watch the sun rise. The beach and all the areas are maintained. Food and drink options were great and the staff was very helpful. WE statyed at another hotel closer to the hotel zone which was great as well. The one big difference we felt is that iberostar is more mature adult vibe, peaceful, like the spa. The other hotel was more of a fun young adult party vibe. Both were great. Have the party vibe for the first part of our stay and then having iberostar for the last few days was a great way to end our trip. This was our firest iberostar, we will be back.
