"Do not go there. They pretend to be a 4 star hotel but they are not. No room service everyday, no AC working, room was very hot and not enjoyable to stay, no TV for 2 days out of our 3 nights stay, very poor internet, works barely sometimes. Had to go to reception to ask for towels, for shampoo, for toilet paper! It’s a 2 star hotel max. Unfriendly staff and poor attendance. Used to go there when it was olivarius and it was just perfect. Now with new management and their new name Cowool, quality...

"Its not the first time in the hotel. Bathroom smell from the "old pipes" was extremely strong. My colleagues from work had this also in their rooms. Not sure if this is an every day problem or it was exception. The rest is OK. They improved the breakfast as the last year was poor. 2 small balls of vegetables were present on the table"
