"Fantastic room , quality and luxurious throughout the hotel , happy helpful staff. Only let down was breakfast ( expensive for what was offered) poor hot food selection and quality, unusual for Hilton so disappointing. Eat out ! spoilt for choice would be the advice "

"There were numerous reasons why our stay at Hotel Turin Palace was so wonderful. The room was absolutely spotless. The bathroom as well was beyond clean and fresh. Beds and bedding were pristine and housekeeping did a beautiful job keeping rooms fresh. The front desk staff were beyond helpful. They had the best attitude I have seen on the front lines of any hotel. Friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. In regards to amenities, there was a great lounge-y area to ‘hang’ in. There was no pressure to purchase drinks or leave, etc. They allowed guests to just relax. Lastly, the breakfasts in the morning were so delicious. There was a beautifully laid out selection of food. There was fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, cheeses, and cold cuts. A whole table with delicious croissants. Then there was another area with eggs, bacon, etc. And to top it all off when you first came in there was a big round table with dessert-like pastries, tarts, and ‘chunks’ of chocolate mixed w hazelnuts. The staff at the breakfast buffet were so attentive. Cappuccinos and espressos every morning. That’s the life! Can’t wait till we can return for another perfect visit. "

"We had a great stay at J Hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for Juventus fans. The hotel is beautifully Juventus themed with shirts, signed memorabilia and club items displayed throughout, which makes it feel very special. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The location is perfect for visiting the Juventus Stadium, museum and club shop as they are right next door. The hotel also has a Juventus merchandise shop inside. We were kindly offered free breakfast, which was very tasty with a good selection. There is also a restaurant and bar on site, along with plenty of seating areas, luggage storage, a gym and parking. The hotel is very clean, quiet and nicely decorated. Our room was excellent with a small balcony, large and comfortable bed, floor to ceiling windows, a large TV showing football channels, a fridge with complimentary water, a desk and a spacious wardrobe with a safe. The bathroom was modern and stylish with a large rainfall shower, bidet, heated towel rail, plenty of towels and good amenities. Heating and air conditioning both worked very well. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the city centre, so you will need to use public transport, a taxi or drive. However, public transport in Turin is affordable and easy to use. Overall a fantastic stay and great value for money."
