"The hotel is very nicely furnished and decorated . It's unique use of a beautiful old city hall makes it very interesting . My wife and I stayed in a room that utilised the old vault as the bathroom I thought that added a lot of character to the room"

"Staff were friendly. Gave them overall 4 stars because they had a large crowd of Navy students and couldnt keep up with re-filling the buffet. The food that i ate was good. The buggest issue for me was the coffee. The dark roast tasted like water....the decaf was no better. We use Hamptons often when we travel and I've never experienced this before. I switched to juice instead. Overall a good stay. House keeping staff were also very nice. I will continue to use this Hampton the next time I'm in town."

"We have stayed at this property a few times in the past. I felt that it was clean and the staff was helpful, When needed. Unfortunately, this time I do not feel like the staff was helpful at all. The place wasn't as clean as usual. There was usually a very nice breakfas. It was definitely lacking this time. No one there too help us and no coffee. I sadly am going to have to find another place to stay when I visit my family in Williamsport."

"When we arrived at the hotel the room seemed nice. There was a small sofa and kitchen area and then the next room was the bedroom and the bathroom. When I looked in the kitchen cabinets, there was absolutely nothing in any of them. The kitchen had a full-size refrigerator and a full-size range, but no plates, silverware, cups or anything in the kitchen. Going back to the bathroom I found that the toilet had not been cleaned. We had to leave to go somewhere and later I received a call from a friend who was staying at the same hotel. When they got to their room, they found poop on the bathroom floor and on the toilet seat. The sheets that were on the bed had blood, hair, and crumbs on them and when checking the beds in our room, we also found hair on the sheets. When I first asked for a refund, I was told they would not give a refund for the first night. We had already paid for two nights. When I called Expedia, they were very helpful and after they called the hotel, they said we would get a full refund. We did not stay either night at that hotel."
