"We had a room overlooking the street in front of the hotel. The loud noises coming from below often woke us through the night. When we asked to be moved we were told the hotel had ver few rooms with 2 beds. Those with 2 beds were at the front of the building. A staff member told me there was nothing they could do about the noise on the street. Our experience, otherwise, was very good. We loved the clean and comfortsble beds as well as the helpful and knowledgeable staff members. Overall our stay was good. The location was great."

"Modern hotel with good amenities. It was in a quieter area of town, easy to walk to from the train station but still only a few minutes from the city center. Behind the property is the walking trail along the River Ness which was great as we could follow the trail & it brings us to many sights in Inverness. The room itself was very clean & spacious for my husband and I, the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I would recommend staying at this property when in Inverness because of the great location, cleanliness & good service.I wouldn't recommend dining at the in-house restaurant though because service can be slow."
