"Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge. I was forced into a hotel with no fridge instead so on top...

"We arrived at the property and felt unsafe as soon as we arrived. We were getting watched as we were taking our luggage out the car and into the property. We made the decision to leave as we’d never felt so unsafe and knew we wouldn’t have slept at all here. It’s a shame the property is in such an unsafe area because the apartment was clean and quite nice. "

"I had a pleasant stay at this clean and secure property. The included parking was a great bonus. My only complaint was the loud music from a nearby club, but it was quiet after 11 p.m., so it wasn't a major issue for me."
