"Sıcak su yoktu malesef. 5-6 dakika suyun durmadan akması lazım ki sıcak su gelsin. 1-2 dakika sonra sıcak su bitti. Ama malesef hiç verimli değildi. 2 defa duş aldım, o da soğuk suyla oldu ! Çekyatta oturan oğlumu bir şeyler yedi, kol ve bacağında kaşıntı oldu. Otelin konumu ve ücret tarifesi iyiydi. Kleopatra plajı, Damlataş mağarası, Alanya kalesi teleferiği 2-3 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. "

"I have stayed at many 3, 4, and 5-star hotels around the world—including in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Germany, the USA, and Canada—but this is by far one of the best. The hotel has a stunning beach in Incekum and multiple pools, including indoor options. The all-you-can-eat food is excellent, much better than what I’ve experienced at other hotels. Another great feature is that the property is connected to three sister hotels, and guests can enjoy all the amenities across them. We loved our stay so much that we extended it. Unfortunately, we had to return to Canada because of my kids’ school, otherwise I would have gladly stayed another week. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families"

"Just returned from a 4 night stay . It’s really far from airport 2.5 hours it took by taxi ! we booked last minute and had little choice . Our room was noisy , corridor noise as we were near a lift . You can hear the room next doors tv . Never sat in the balcony as we were over the car park ! Partial sea view was a glimpse to the side . Very dissapointing . We could only change on the 3rd night as hotel full and we didn’t bother by that point . Room fairly basic , good shower and all clean and working , thin towels .The food was plentiful , most things tasted good and were quickly restocked but there was a lot of repitition . The good things about this hotel are its staff work hard to keep everything spotlessly clean . Staff are nice and try to be helpful . It never takes long to get a drink at the bar . The Starbucks open in the afternoon is a nice touch and the lobby coffee shop is nice . "

"Surprisingly fantastic hotel, was small but perfect right nearby is a market full of shops and honestly we didnt even know until we explored Food was fantastic Staff was great There wasn't anything wrong for this hotel I would come again if I haven't already planned to go to other locations "
