"Camere totalmente da rinnovare,pulizia che lascia a desoderare.....all'arrivo e alla partenza abbiamo trovato il capo receptionist maleducato e arrogante non adatto a trattare con le persone. "Generally good and I would recommend. I upgraded my room which was nice with a lovely view of the sea. Huge room. Lovely hotel with a number of eateries. Beautiful. My difference between a 4 and 5 rating is staff need to be way friendlier and helpful, especially front desk. Although rooms were very clean, lobby seating areas and the restaurants were not. Tables were left dirty and floors were full of crumbs. WIFI was painfully slow for a 5-star. Nice otherwise."
