"Rental of this property in the winter season has some issues but overall, it met our needs. After a very long drive, we arrived at 4 am. We were unable to check in until later in the morning. Once we checked in at the hotel next door, getting into the apartment was a challenge. You need to access through a side gate, find the elevator in the dark, maneuver around obstacles in the dark before getting to the apartment. "This was a last minute trip to somewhere we’d never been before and was chosen completely blind. This trip will most certainly not be the last one to this place it is absolutely phenomenal! The Check-In was simple and the apartment was great! Very spacious and tasteful with everything you need. "

"Second time staying here. Lovely reception area. Friendly staff. Large bedroom with lovely view over the river. Good sized bathroom with plenty of toiletries provided. However bathroom was a bit dated and worn looking in places. The grab bar in the bath was corroded and didn’t look the best. Good choice available for breakfast. Bar menu in the evening was very disappointing. I ordered a toasted sandwich with turkey - it consisted of a toasted bap with about four slices of shiny processed turkey beside it. Did not look very attractive and certainly not what was expected from a four star hotel. Overall I would definitely stay here again as the location and ambience are very good."
