Modern building. Nice heated swimming pool. My room was on the ground floor with a balcony to the street. Kinda of open. Not secure. You need a car to move, far from the coast.

Reminds me of a college dorm, kind of loud, but was happy there was a fridge and microwave. The staff wasn’t friendly or helpful. Loved how convenient the hotel was to the clubs/lounges.

Me and my wife are pretty tall and the ceilings are very low. I bumped my head on concrete ceilings in the hall and in the shower. This place is not suited for tall people.

As seen on pictures however the pool area is small. The staff are accommodating except the cleaning staff yelled everything morning (from 7 am) making the stay not relaxing. Additionally night guard offered rude remarks about the time of night me and my friends would return again making us feel more uncomfortable

Modern and central hotel
Excellent modern and friendly hotel. Nice food, v close to bar street with main nightclubs and bars. Due to some miscommunication, we were given free drinks too! Will book again!

Clean and functional room at a good price. Close to the 'lively' area of Ayia Napa but far away enough from the noise. Reception staff friendly, welcoming & very helpful. Would recommend this hotel....

Correct details needed regarding balcony and views
I booked a studio for 3 nights, with my secret price it was €128. On checking in i was shown to abox room with no balcony and a snmall window overlooking 20 aircon units. On your room selection it does not state no balcony. When asked to move they requested a further €56 euro for a same size room with a balcony. Whilst i was awaiting to view another room a couple walked in and asked for the room rate and were told 40 euro per night. How can this be????

A good nights rest
Nice little spot to stay, staff in general were helpful and polite. The AC definitely worked! And we probably had our best nights sleep in Napa there. One thing to note is whilst the hotel seems modern and well updated with furnishings etc (which is beautiful) the bathroom seemed poorly finished with obvious cut outs near the shower knobs not being covered. Cheap breakfast and they also do a baggage drop which is helpful if you have to wait for a later bus but don’t want to lug it with you after check out all day.

Cute little hotel in a great area. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars, etc. Very clean, and staff was friendly. The shower was very small, but other than that, no problems at all. Be sure to ask the front counter for an adapter so you can use the small appliances in the kitchen.

Very convenient establishment to stay very descent
We stayed at the Cosmo napa for two nights and we booked two studios. The rooms were very clean. This is a new establishment. Its conveniently located in Ayia Napa, to go to the veach you need a car but is near good restaurants and supermarket which is walkable distance. There is communal pwrking opposite the establishment and also a field behind to park your car. There is a pool and food is served at reasonable prices. There us also continental breakfast, although we did not book with a breakfast our stay. The dtudios we stayed were very clean they had a shower, a miji kitchen with a refrigerator and cabinets where you could put food stuff. The rooms had a TV. The beds were quite descent. The room had air-conditioning. The establishment we were informed had bigger apartments with veranda for smokers. Our studios were for non smokers. They have elevator and also stairs. The staff at the reception wete very polite and helpful. When we had an issue with the kne room they note it down and were apologetic. We had a late check which was possible. The check out us at eleven o'clock which we found it a bit early, it could be preferable to be around twelve o'clock like is normally for other hotels. This is a new establishment The stuff in the room were brand new and the rooms had a modern minimalistic design. The cleaners cleaned on a daily basis. The parking is not enough for all residents, the communal parking the night we arrived was full and the field behind had no lighting...

Ayia Napa Stay
Overall it was a good experience. My wife and I went for honeymoon and requested a special treatment, they said they would but didn't do anything about it. The location of the hotel is nice, it's also right next to an ATV rental shop which made it easier for us to rent one directly. They were helpful with finding a PCR lab. We would visit again.

Excellent service. The hotel was spotless! The room was very big and comfortable! The swimming pool had a great vibe with a private DJ. I have no negative comments! I will definitely stay here again!

Am Preis kann man nicht meckern. Freundliches Personal in einer relativ zentralen Umgebung. Ca. 15 min. zur Nissi Road. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und hellhörig. Leider war es extrem schmutzig. Haare in der Dusche und schmutzige Kopfkissen. Daumendicker Staub auf den Regalen. Auf Nachfrage nach Reinigung wurde mit einem stinkenden alten Mopp durchgewischt, sodass es unaushaltsam stank. An der Poolbar gibt es leckere Cocktails. Kellner sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten mehrere Zimmer gebucht. Teilweise kein warmes Wasser, aber auf Nachfrage dann geregelt. Wer deutsches Frühstücksbuffet gewohnt ist, wird bei der Auswahl für 9€ nicht zufrieden gestellt. Insgesamt kleines Hotel, praktische Ausgangslage. Für einen Kurztripp machbar, längere Aufenthalte nicht zu empfehlen. Für 50 Euro die Nacht zu entschuldigen.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 7 giorni e non abbiamo mai visto peggior hotel prima d’ora. La camera prenotata avrebbe dovuto avere un balcone e invece era una camera al piano terra con un semplice affaccio che dava sulla strada con ZERO privacy e ZERO sicurezza perché chiunque passava poteva vedere all’interno. Questo ci costringeva a dover aver sempre il condizionatore acceso e tende sempre chiuse. A questo va aggiunto che le camere erano piene di muffa, pieni di insetti e non venivano quasi mai pulite. Una notte ci siamo ritrovati anche con una blatta in camera! Da subito abbiamo fatto presente questa cosa chiedendo una camera migliore anche pagando un extra ma non c’è stata data la possibilità. Inoltre l’hotel è frequentato da molti ragazzini che fanno chiasso fino a tarda notte, Per ultimo, dopo tutto questo siamo stati anche derubati di un paio di scarpe! Un consiglio, state molto alla larga da questo hotel!!

Das Zimmer war an sich gut ausgestattet. Leider war es im Zimmer etwas dunkel durch die kleinen Fenster. Außerdem konnte man die Fenster nicht öffnen.
