touches. The beds were comfortable and the big round bath was something else. Food was excellent and the staff were friendly and professional. The only negatives were when the corporate side of things disturbed the other guests - the braying sales teams taking over the breakfast room with their luggage wasn't ideal, nor the loud wedding planning meeting while we were

in the residents’ lounge. I’m sure there is enough...

"Booked 2 nights at The Grove and was really looking forward to our stay; however it wasn’t quite up to the standard I expected. Room had everything you need and was clean [which is expected]. The desk/dressing table could do with an updated larger wall mirror. Certain staircase and lifts could do with some TLC as they are worn!

"A particularly nice welcome. A very well appointed en suite facility. A good sized and comfortable bed - very thoughtful and good quality ancillary furniture in the room. Very good breakfast. You can easily see why Rafters was awarded a 5 Star AA rating in 2023 - well done Sigrid!! Would make Rafters my first choice if I needed to stay in this area again. Peter May."
