"Amenties, decor, quality of workmanship outstanding, better than several usa doubletree hotels. Staff excellent 2 issues 1. Soundproofing between rooms not optimal...could hear sounds from adjustant room 2. Massage was excellent, marred by loud noises from children playing in adjustant pool/jacuzzi...either relocate massage to different area or make room soundproof.thanks"

"Terrible Terrible Booked it on Orbitz thinking it will be a reliable place. Paid $55 for one night. No clear directions or road signs how to find this place. I parked my car roadside just trying to figure out what to do now. A guy approached me to check what was I looking for. He then called somebody to confirm my booking. There was no office. Nobody would pick up the phone provided by Orbitz. Imagine what would happen if you arrive late. Access to hotel was not maintained at all. I...

"Flited dirty carpet on the floor . Toilet flush system no working and around the bed area on the carpet are full of sand, bugs are crowing on the carpets. 10 - inches small black & white TV and remote was inop. Wi Fi, Internet was not working. It was messed up completely our stay in the hotel. Asking counter desk, to meeting with the manager on Sunday evening & next morning before leaving the hotel but he haven't, shown up for meeting."
