Bulunduğu konum çok kötü, etrafta size dik dik bakan garip tipler var. Park yeri yok sokaklar çok dar bazı yerlerden aracınız geçmez. Çalışan arkadaş, güleryüzlü ve yardımsever ancak maalesef konak yetersiz.

Odalar temizdi fakat rum evi olduğu için özel hayat kavramı pek kalmıyor, sokaktaki ve evdeki tüm sesleri duyuyorsunuz. Eğer böyle rahat edecekseniz uygun bir tercih olabilir. Banyo konforlu değildi, duşakabin ya da duş perdesi olmadığı için her yer su oluyor. Konum olarak pek iyi bir yerde değil,otelin arka tarafları maalesef hiç tekin değil. Habersiz oda değişikliği+ pek temiz değil..

Rezervasyonda seçtiğimiz oda özel banyolu olarak görünmesine rağmen ortak banyolu bir odaya alındık. Önce kendi hatamız sandığımız bu durum anlaşıldı ki bize başka bir oda verilmesinden kaynaklıymış. Gece geç vakit vardığımız için biz bunu anlayamadan veya bu değişikliğe dair bir açıklama yapılmadan pansiyon sahibi gitmişti bile. otelin ücretine göre hizmetlerini dengeli bulabiliriz ama böyle bir tabiri caizse "kandırma"çabası çok büyük bir problem. Otel özelliklerinde yazan hiçbir özelliğin bulunmadığı, ancak bir sıvı sabunun bulunduğu banyo ile hiç temiz olmayan lekeli yatak örtüleriyle karşılaştık. üstelik çift kişilik yatakta tek kişilik bir örtü vardı. odanın perdeleri dahi lekeli ve kirli idi. fotoğraflarda çok güzel görünen ortam gerçekte pek de temiz olmayan bir durumdaymış. diğer bir sorun eski ahşap konak olmasından kaynaklı ses problemi. bütün odalar birbirinin sesini duyuyor ve odanın içindeki her hereket büyük bir gürültü yaratıyor. yalnızca kahvaltısı güzeldi, çeşitler az ama lezzetliydi.
