Nice reception / lobby area but rooms are not the same. Standard of rooms are very poor and in need of modernisation. Also, no telephone, no tea / coffee or safe box in rooms - restaurant doesn't open until 8am so for early risers that need an early coffee fix this isn't the hotel for you. I was checked into a room with a broken balcony door that would not lock. I had to raise my concern 3 times before they offered me another room. The lifts in the hotel was also broken so I had to walk up / down 3 flights of stairs and the bell boy had to carry my suit case up these stairs! The breakfast was ok - very basic. Restaurant attendant was rude and arrogant to me and other elderly guests. I wouldn't go back - it was a poor experience.

Booker two rooms which comfortably accommodated our family of six. Stunning views of the sea. The bed was comfy and the shower nice and hot. Standard kahvaltı options were available and delicious. The hotel was fairly close to the old town which was lovely to walk around. There weren't any nice beaches nearby however. The slight issue is that we have to cross the busy main road from parking to the hotel which can be abit daunting with three small kids. Otherwise pleasant stay.

This hotel is in a beautiful quiet location about a ten minute walk from the center of town. However, none of its staff wore masks (as required by law) nor was the receptionist interested in my track and trace number (HES - required by Turkish law). The only pandemic precaution was a large plexiglass wall protecting food at the breakfast buffet. The food was served by staff - not masked or gloved - who offered the smallest portions I have ever seen in a Turkish hotel (2 cherry tomatoes, two slices of cucumber etc), and the plates on the top of the three stacks of plates at the start of the buffet had food particles baked on from dishwashing, which the server kindly offered to wipe off. I had serious hygiene concerns about this hotel and shared them with the receptionist, who shrugged them off

Bathroom was dirty, old and not enough light to see yourself in the mirror. I booked a standard room which led to a room with no view at all on the highest floor. Very loud floors where other guests are closing their doors in the middle of the night to wake you up several times. Breakfast took forever because of one lady trying to serve all guests, short on staff.

Wir hatten einen Familienzimmer, und es war wirklich alles andere als sauber. Das Zimmer war mit Teppich ausgelegt, was auch nur verschmutzt aussah. Das Bad war ein Alptraum. So was von alt und dreckig, inkl. Geruch aus allen Ecken. Wir sind nach 15Uhr eingecheckt, und die Putzfrau war gerade fertig geworden. Erster Blick im Bad überall im Waschbecken Haare in der Dusche ebenfalls. Uns hat es nur noch geekelt. Frühstück war ok, der Ausblick aufs Meer war schön. Evtl haben wir das schlechteste Zimmer vom Hotel erhalten, aber trotzdem kann ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen bei dem Preis!!

Never ever again!!!! The hotel stuff gave my medication to another guest. This mediaction costs over 1000€, which is for rheumatism. Unorganized and unresponsible. They even didn't apoligized for it. The dissapoitment began at the check-in. The hotel stuff gave us just the key for the room and didn't explain anything about the breakfast hours and place or WiFi. We stayed two nights their and they also didn't cleaned our room. As we explained our problem, they responded us in an unfriendly way, that we have to go to the reception and tell them extra to clean the room. Do not go to this hotel if you want to have a calm vacation.

We have done the necessary research on the subject.The health and safety of all our guests staying at our hotel is our top priority. We recommend our guests to use the minibars in all our rooms for the storage of medical drugs. Due to the sensitivity of your mother's needle regarding the storage conditions, our friends agreed to keep the medicine by going out of the procedure. On the same day, as a result of an accidental mistake, the situation you specified has occurred.During your stay at the hotel, we would like to compensate for the situation by providing the rheumatism needle your mother used, as our friends at the reception told you. Before you leave our establishment, pharmacist friends were contacted for the supply of the needle, but since there was no needle available immediately, delivery could be made in 3-4 hours at the earliest.If you wish, you can contact us on 0537 511 53 33 and provide address information, and we can provide the needle and send it to you. We offer our best wishes to your mother and apologize for the situation.Regards

Karşılama,temizlik çok güzeldi.Kahvalti doyurucu ve lezzetli,bol çesitli (standart kahcaltili dışında pişi,patates kizartmasi,kek,sigara böreği de vardi.) Yatak ve takimlari cok temizdi.Otelin bazi kisimlari tadilatta,tadilat bittiginde ufak tefek eksiklikler giderilince (kendilerine iletilmiştir) daha güzel olacaktir eminim. Ayrica otel Ayvalik merkeze cok yakin ve mukemmel bir Cunda adadi manzarasina sahip.

Butik otel için çok iyi
Yılbaşı için kaldık. Yılbaşı programı çok dolu ve eğlenceliydi. Otel ilk girişinden itibaren çok ferah bir his veriyor. Resepsiyon görevlisi ilgiliydi. Odalar temiz ve bakımlıydı. Kahvaltısı oldukça iyiydi. Yeni yılın ilk günü için açık büfe kahvaltı hazırlamışlar ki çok fazla çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Bize göre tek sıkıntı ısınmayla ilgili olaraktı. Klima var ve ısıtıyordu ancak biraz eski olduğu için uzun süre aldı ve banyo soğuk olarak biraz zorladı. Yoksa hem personel hem de tesisten çok memnun kaldık.

Otele girdiğiniz an gerçekten beyaz sabun kokusuyla mest oluyorsunuz. Odası güzel, geniş ve ferahtı. Odada telefon, çöp kutusu yoktu ve banyoda kötü bir koku var gitmiyor. Bunların dışında otelin konumu ve kahvaltısı harikaydı.

Das Hotel gibt im Exposé an, dass ein Aufzug vorhanden ist, was prinzipiell stimmt. Aber der Aufzug beginnt erst im Stockwerk über dem EG. Das EG ist ca. 15 Stufen über dem Straßenlevel, eine Rampe gibt es nicht, und vom EG zum Aufzug sind es nochmal ca. 20 Stufen ohne Rampe. Ausserdem endet der Aufzug im 2.OG, ins 3. OG kommt man nur über eine weitere Treppe von 15-20 Stufen. Wenn es jemand trotzdem mit Rollstuhl bis zum Aufzug schafft, ist er höchstens für einen kleinen Rollstuhl groß genug, eine Begleitperson passt nicht mit rerin. Das Hotel sollte diese Angaben zum Aufzug im Exposé deutlicher hervorheben, und viel deutlicher hervorheben, dass es nicht behindertengerecht ist. Positiv ist hervorzuheben, dass das Personal sehr hilfsbereit war und uns am 2. Tag ein Zimmer im 2.OG gab (zuvor 3.OG), so dass mein gehbehinderter Vater nur noch von der Straße bis zum Aufzug Treppen gehen musste.

Otel çok temiz fakat bazı basit konfor eksiklikleri var ama bizim için önemli olan temizlik ve hijyen ayrıca evcil hayvan kabul ettilleri halde bizi kahvaltı salonuna almadılar kahvaltı yapamadık sadece odayı kullandık odadaki eksiklikler valizi koyacağımız bir bench yoktu mini buzdolabı yoktu yaz günü sıcak su içtik onun dışında güzeldi
